The Netherlands eScience Center is the national hub for research software, functioning as an independent foundation since 2012 and supported by NWO and SURF. With around 100 dedicated professionals, the center empowers researchers to enhance their work through innovative software solutions. The Center envisions a vibrant research community that leverages advanced computing and software. By collaboratively designing sustainable software and fostering digital skills, the center not only shares vital expertise but also gains insights into the evolving needs of the academic community, facilitating impactful research through enhanced scientific methods and technologies like machine learning and HPC.
