About BACTEROMIC

Bacteromic, part of Scope Fluidics Group, was established to develop the BACTEROMIC system, used to assess the drug susceptibility of microorganisms. Scope Fluidics nurtures tech start-ups with innovative projects in diagnostics and medical technology, responding to important needs, such as fast, effective and accessible medical diagnostics, improving the quality of treatment and reducing the time and costs of potential hospitalisation. BacterOMIC was a semi-finalist in the 2019 edition of the Disruptive Technology Award competition organised by the American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC)
